 
 Ingredients for 1 serving: 
- 1 Zucchini
 
- 1/2 Onion
 
- 1 Garlic Clove
 
- 1 Slice of Bacon
 
- 1 Dash Butter or Coconut Oil
 
- One handfull of Walnuts
 
- 2 Teasp. Mustard
 
- Salt and Pepper

Instructions:  
- Cut zucchini, onion, garlic and bacon.
 
- In a pan, heat butter/coconut oil, and add bacon, onions and garlic.
 
- Once those are done, add the zucchini.
 
- Season with salt and fresh pepper.
 
- In the meantime, open walnuts and crumble halves into smaller crunchy bites.
 
- Once the Zucchini are cooked (maybe 5 to 8 minutes), add the mustard.
 
- At last, add the crumbled walnuts.
