Tomorrow and Sunday I will be a few hours away from home helping my sister with her move. Since Paleo-food won´t be easily available, I have thought about the things that I could prepare in advance and take with me. That way, I´ll be able to eat paleo-foods while everybody else gets out their sandwiches.
So far my list includes:
- Broiled Chicken Breasts
- Salad in a Jar
- hard-boiled Eggs
-Banana, Avocado, Mango
- Paleo-Pancakes
On Sunday night or Monday morning once I am back, I´ll let you know how all of this went.
