Ingredients:
- 2 Bananas- 1/2 cup Buckwheatflour
- 1/2 cup Ground Almonds
- 2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
- 1 Tsp BP
- 1/3 cup Walnuts
- 1 Apple
- 1 – 1/1/2 cups Coconutmilk
- 1 – 2 Tbsp. Cinnamon
Here is what I did:
Next I added the Buckwheat Flour, Ground Almonds, Oil and Baking Powder.
As you can see, by that time I had a little assistant, who helped me mix in the walnuts.
Once that was done, we also added the apple (cut into very small pieces), the coconut milk and cinnamon.
The end result looked like this:
With a spoon I skooped small portions on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Then my cookies went into the oven (350F) for about 40 minutes.

Both my son and I thought that these tastet pretty good and we´ll probably have them again at some point.
