Yesterday´s leftover Broccoli over Bok Choy with Fried Egg and MushroomsLate-Night Snack
1 ounze of 80% Dark Chocolate (which probably threw me right back to day 1 of the Challenge)
Exercise
I also threw in a half an hour round of exercises tonight which was much more energetic than last week´s sessions and much more fun as well.
