Tomato, Olives, Smoked Ham Today, I went swimming again, which has turned into quite a nice Saturday morning exercise. Since I am mostly watching after my son, there is not much time to do extensive swimming, but every once in a while I can complete a sprinted lab.
In the afternoon, we also went to the playground again. I tried my luck on pull-ups and I succesfully completed NONE. So there is some space for improvements.
Since I wasn´t able to complete real pull-ups, I went for the ones with your feet on the ground at a 45 degree angle. I´ll stick with those for a while until I can manage the real ones.
